Apple iPhone 4 Jailbreaking Gets Government OK
The U.S. Copyright Office has recently made a decision which makes it legal to modify an iPhone’s software to run applications that Apple hasn’t approved, or to be exactly “jailbreaking,”.
The decision means that the forthcoming iPhone 4 jailbreak won’t be deemed illegal by the courts there.
