Q1: Why did not I receive my Registration Key after the purchase?

There are several possibilities here. First, you might accidentally mis-type the email address when you were placing your orders. Second, you might use a different email account from the one you are currently using to complete the purchase. Third, the registration email we sent to you might be recognized as a junk one by the email box and thus directly went to the Spam box, rather than the Inbox.

If you did not receive your Registration Key, going to the Spam box of the email account to find out whether it is there would be your first move. If no registration email from us could be spotted in either the Inbox or the Spam box, to retrieve the key code, you can always write an email with the exact order number and the correct email address used in the purchase to support@aneesoft.com. The Support Team will offer their help.

Q2: I just purchased the program, but why is my Registration Key not working?

There are two possibilities here. First, you might accidentally download a program different than the one you actually bought. So the Registration Key received, which is meant to be used on a totally different program, cannot help you get it registered. The other possibility is that you accidentally mis-typed the Registration Key. Since the keycode is case sensitive, even the very little can go wrong, causing the failure to register the program. We, therefore, suggest every user to use copy-and-paste feature of the operating system to put the Registration Key into the box. Please make SURE there are no extra spaces before or after the code when pasting.

Q3: How do I register the program?

For the programs for Mac, you can have them registered by having them launched first, and then clicking the “Help” on the top bar and selecting the “Enter Keycode” from the drop-down list. After doing so, the registration window would be on the screen. You now only need to copy and paste the correct Registration Key into the box in that window and hit the “Register Now” to complete the whole process.

For the programs for Windows OS, you can have them registered by having them launched first, and then clicking the “Help” on the right upper corner and selecting the “Enter Keycode” from the drop-down list. After doing so, the registration window would be on the screen. You now only need to copy and paste the correct Registration Key into the box in that window and hit the “Register Now” to complete the whole process.

Q4: Why my Registration Key is not working on the new version?

4. According to the website, life-time free updates should be provided. Yet why my Registration Key is not working on the new version? What am I supposed to do in such situation?

This happens because we sometimes change the GUID in the latest versions of our products as a result of technical reasons, which can cause the old Registration Keys to be invalid. If you find that you are stuck into such situation, you can always email us with the invoices or order numbers of the very purchases in it; we will issue you with the new keycodes right after confirmation.

Q5: How am I supposed to get my Registration Key back if I lost it?

There are two ways for you to get your lost Registration Keys back. First, if you bought the Registration Backup Service from SWREG, you can contact them to retrieve your Registration Key. If you did not purchase that service from SWREG, that too is okay. You can just provide us with the invoice or order number of that very purchase by sending an email to support@aneesoft.com . We will then get it back to you as fast as we can.

Q6: What should I do if I want to use a program that I bought on a different computer?

All the licenses sold on our website are single-user licenses, meaning you are allowed to use the program on one computer, and one computer only. If using it on a new computer appears quite necessary to you under certain circumstances, you can have it installed on another computer right after having it deleted from the first one.

But if you have both a desktop PC and a laptop, and you don't use the program simultaneously, you are permitted to install the program on those two computers. Please note our license policy as below: Installation of programs purchased under Single-User Personal License is restricted to one single personal computer owned by or under control of the licensee plus one additional computer also owned by the licensee, e.g.: One computer at home and another at work, or a desktop at home and a laptop at home. However, at any given time only one copy of the purchased programs may be in use.
